Project Description

Kainji, Jebba and Shiroro power plants are the three largest in Nigeria with an installed power of 1,900 MW. This complex belongs to the government, who after verifying generation problems in each of the plants, decided to perform a privatization process.

Our Participation

Within the framework of the power plant privatization procedure, we developed the technical-financial evaluation study for the Due Diligence process of the plants.
